A Mini Birthday Cake for a Basketball Fan

This fun little cake was made for a basketball fan on his 35th birthday. Layers of devil’s food cookies sandwiched with delicious peppermint buttercream. The jersey was another cookie that I trimmed and then decorated with buttercream.

I took this pictures with a salad fork in them to help remind people how small these cakes really are.
