The Cakes

Welcome to Dollhouse Cakes, home of the original miniature cookie cake! Each of these single-serving confections has four scrumptious layers of homemade cookies and each layer is filled with from-scratch buttercream frosting. Finished cakes measure between 2 and 2.5 inches across and 1.5 to 2 inches tall and one cake can be cut to serve up to 6 miniature slices. Once the tiny cake is built, you choose a buttercream or fondant finish. Each cake is completely customizable. You choose colors, decorations, and text. If you have a theme you are working with, I can design your cakes based on anything from an invitation to a bouquet of flowers. A single cake to say, “I love you,” or a dozen treats to thrill everyone at your child’s birthday party–I can accommodate practically any sized order. These darling cakes are sure to please. The Baker

It was during my graduate studies in English that I decided to pursue my interest in the art of cake decorating by taking classes and practicing my piping. Now that I am done with my academic career, designing and sharing these delicious cakes gives me a creative outlet. I find joy in mothering my two young children, reading good books, perfecting my fiddle technique, and walking hand in hand with my husband. These cakes celebrate that joy.
