This Level 3 cake was made for a grandpa who loves to golf. Layers of yellow cookies sandwiched and frosted with vanilla almond buttercream are covered with marshmallow fondant. Yum!
An iCake for an iPhone Addict
This was a really fun cake to make. It was made for a young man who loves his Apple products, including his iPhone. Made of layers of chocolate and yellow cookies and filled with chocolate frosting, this Level 3 cake was then covered with fondant. The perfect birthday treat for this iPhone addict!
Birthday Blossoms
This Level 2 cake has layers of chocolate and yellow cookies with chocolate buttercream as the filling and as the finish frosting. The blue and white flowers are made from a combination of fondant and gum paste. Lovely to look at and completely edible!
Rainbow Birthday Cake
This Level 1 cake’s cheery color scheme and delicious almond buttercream is sure to please any 5 year-old and her party guests. Chocolate filling in between layers of Devil’s Food cookies–yum!
