She knew, even then, that she wanted one of her prizes to be a cake for Halloween. This mini cake has four layers of devil’s food cookies filled and frosted with peanut butter buttercream. Yum! The cake is finished and decorated with marshmallow fondant and I added some chocolate licorice for the stem. I had a lot of fun making this little jack-o-lantern and I hope Holly and her family enjoy their Halloween treat!
