What delicious combination of flavors will make your mini cakes just perfect? If you don’t see what you have in mind on the list below, just tell me. I will do my best to bake your ideal treat.

The Cookies

Cookies 2Not only do these homemade cookies look like mini cakes, they really taste like them, too! For your convenience, my cookie flavors are listed as their corresponding cake flavors.

The Filling

This creamy homemade buttercream frosting is sandwiched between each layer of your miniature cake.

  • Vanilla Buttercream
  • Peanut Butter Buttercream
  • Chocolate Buttercream

The Frosting

Now to finish off the cake! What from-scratch buttercream frosting flavor will you choose to pull the whole cake together? Keep in mind that even if you choose to finish your cake with fondant, there will be a thin layer of buttercream underneath the fondant icing.

  • Chocolate Buttercream (keep in mind that this option cannot be colored)

I make my own marshmallow fondant that adds a sweet final touch to your cakes.
